Digital delivery
ClausePass27001 products are digital content made available after payment confirmation. By beginning a download or otherwise accessing the product files, you request immediate performance and acknowledge that any applicable withdrawal right may end once digital delivery begins, where the law allows.
General rule
Purchases are final once access or downloading begins. Please review the product description, comparison and license terms before completing checkout.
When a refund may be available
Contact us promptly if:
- you were charged more than once for the same intended purchase;
- the purchased files are materially defective or cannot be accessed and support cannot resolve the issue;
- the delivered product materially differs from its marketplace description; or
- a refund is required by applicable law.
We may request the order identifier and a description of the problem. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights.
How refunds are processed
Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record and processes approved refunds to the original payment method. Timing depends on the payment provider. A full refund revokes the related ClausePass27001 entitlement and download access. A partial refund does not automatically revoke access unless separately communicated.

Email contact@instablick.com with the purchaser email, Lemon Squeezy order identifier and a concise description of the issue. Do not send full payment-card information.
